Buddies on Richlands Hwy Daycare!

Buddies on Richlands Hwy is a small facility where the dogs get ample amount of play time during their stay!

Drop off is anytime after 6:30AM. Pickup is anytime before 6:00PM.

Buddies will post pictures of the dogs playtime throughout the day so you can always see how your dog is doing!

If your dog has never been to daycare, that's okay! We will evaluate your dog on their first day and determine the best course of action to get him/her used to daycare.

Does your dog prefer to play alone? Do you want your dog to be able to come to daycare and get exercise while your at work?

At Buddies your dog will get to spend their day how they want to! If they want to play with other dogs they can, if they prefer to be alone with people they will get plenty of one on one time with the staff!

Vaccine Policy

We require all dogs to have proof of Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, & Bordetella on file BEFORE entering our facility.

All Vaccines must be administered by a licensed Veterinarian. We no longer accept Self-Administered Vaccines.

There will be NO exceptions to our vaccine policy. This policy is in place for the health & safety of your pets & our staff.

Purchase & Schedule 10 daycare days in advance. Credits will expire after 90 days. Reservations are required. If you are scheduled & do not show up a credit will be used. If you drop-off without a reservation you will be charged $22.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Big are Playgroups?

At Buddies we value your dogs safety & comfort! As we are starting to meet your dog playgroups will be between 2 to 4 dogs. As we get to know your dog better (their energy level, play style, things they like & don't like), playgroup size may increase to a maximum of 10 dogs.

How Many Playgroups do they get Daily?

Daycare playgroups start around 9am. Playgroups last 15-30 minutes based off of some factors such as weather, tiredness of your pup, etc. Daycare dogs will get a second playgroup around 11am. They will go out a third time around 1pm & again around 4pm.

What do I need to bring?

Buddies provides a raised vinyl bed & bowls for your pups personal room. We also provide toys in the communal areas during playtime. If you would like for your pup to eat lunch you can bring food or request that they eat our house food for $3. We also have lots of goodies available throughout the day that you can request!

Does my dog need to be fixed to play with other dogs?

No. We gladly take unfixed dogs for daycare! They will play only with fixed dogs so friends may be limited.
